We are closely involved in the interview process – providing detailed preparation and feedback at every stage, highlighting issues or possible hurdles as they arise to ensure quick resolution

Contract Negotiation And Offer Management

An important part of any search, but even more so for a cross border move, we ensure expectations are managed, market differences are communicated and workable solutions are found for both parties – resulting in an extremely low refusal rate

Visa & Onboarding

Whilst the hiring company organises the visa and relocation, we work with all concerned to ensure the process is on track & timely – keeping in touch after onboarding to ensure successful integration
